Sourcing Candidates

Our team identifies & sources candidates through advertising, searching on social media platforms, and from our database of prescreened candidates

Screening

We screen all our candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and verifying references & qualifications to determine their suitability for the role.

Shortlisting

Depending on the outcome of our screening process, we present the suitable candidate profiles to the NDIS care providers that are an ideal fit for the job description.

Interviews

We coordinate interviews between the candidates and the NDIS care providers. We also help candidates by providing relevant tips on interview techniques and questions.

Candidate Selection

After interviews, the NDIS care providers select the candidates they like best. We often assist our clients and candidates in negotiating employment terms & salary specifications.

Onboarding

Once selected, we help facilitate the onboarding process. This includes signing contracts, verifying work rights, and performing the necessary background checks.
